Returning your shoes (Australia only)

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods, ITIKI will gladly refund, exchange or credit your purchase if the goods are returned in their original boxed condition within 14 days of purchase dated on the receipt.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a Store Receipt.
  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumer guarantees outline that goods are to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and same as the sample.
  • You may be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit if goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
  • The following conditions apply:
    • Goods must be unworn or unused with the original tags attached.
    • We are unable to accept shoes with dirty marks or damaged soles.
    • We suggest when trying your new shoes for the first time you test them on carpet.
    • Goods must be returned in the original shoe bag, which must be in its original condition.
    • Please do not tape or sticker the shoe bag.
    • We suggest original packaging is returned inside an Australia Post satchel or box for postage.
    • A copy of the tax invoice must be included with the goods.
    • Goods must be returned within 30 days of date shown on the receipt.
    • Postage is non-refundable.
    • ITIKI reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment within 1-5 working days of receiving the return to our warehouse. 

Please keep in mind your financial institution can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.

Refunds for purchases made online from the ITIKI website or from any ITIKI retail store can be processed through credit card, including PayPal payment, along with matching or proper identification.


If you are wishing to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please contact us completing our online enquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible... details of the item(s) you require, so we can check availability and if available place the item(s) on hold for you. Item(s) will be held for a maximum of 7 days.

Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, if you have received an item with a defect please contact us, so we can advise you on the return procedure. ITIKI reserves the right to conduct a quality inspection before making a decision on a faulty item.


Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless the item(s) is deemed to be faulty.

If you are returning an item for an exchange or refund you are required to pay for return postage. However, you are not required to pay for postage of the exchange parcel (standard delivery) from our warehouse to you. A $15 charge will be applied for exchanges sent via express post.

We recommend that return item(s) are shipped in an Australia Post satchel or box and sent via Registered Post. You assume any risk for loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. We therefore advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. ITIKI will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
